Do you allow refunds and/or a return in the unlikely event stock is incorrect or damaged in transit?
In the unlikely event that you have received a Musashi product that has been damaged in transit, or does not match your original order, please contact the SPS Customer Service team or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours via the SPS Facebook page and we will arrange for replacement stock to be sent out.
Do you allow for refunds for a change of mind?
SPS do not offer exchanges for a simple change of mind, please ensure that you are selecting and ordering the correct health supplements.
How do I return my item for an exchange?
To arrange for an exchange simply contact our friendly customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order by email email@example.com or via the SPS Facebook page and the team will facilitate the return of your current item, and delivery of the appropriate replacement stock. In the instance that an incorrect product is received please do not open the product so we can arrange return shipping and provide a prompt resolution.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, SPS does deliver across PNG via TNT cargo. This will incur higher chargers.
Can I arrange for the parcel to be left by my front door?
Yes, you are able to arrange for your supplements to be left by your front door. However, important to know that by selecting to have your product left unattended you agree to take full responsibility for the wellbeing and security of the product upon delivery.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
Yes. Same delivery charges are applied.
Do you post packages internationally?
At this point in time, SPS Does not deliver supplements internationally. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Do you accept bank transfers?
YES, SPS does accept bank transfers as a payment method when purchasing supplements online. Customer MUST use their First and Last Name (same name as the order) in the reference section when making the payment.
Do you accept PayPal payments?
NO, SPS do accept payment via Paypal. The Kina currency is not supported by PayPal at this point in time.
Do you offer laybys?
Unfortunately we do not accept laybys on the SPS site. In order to successfully purchase a supplement, the product must be paid for in full and will be promptly shipped within the next available timeframe.
