SPS do not refund money for items unless faulty.
If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product you may be able to return it within 2 days for an exchange product to the same value. Please contact the SPS Customer Service team on the SPS Facebook page or email email@example.com. Returned products MUST be stored at or below 24C. Returned items must be in perfect unopened condition and must not be damaged or marked in any way.
No refunds are given based on an individuals reaction to a product so please check the ingredient list carefully.
